Well, this page isn't very exciting yet. I now have a small collection of car radios and car radio parts, I'm thinking of just selling the radios outright or with an exchange. I currently have a couple earily '60s Ford radios (Galaxie/Falcon most likely) and a couple Pontiac "Cheiftan" radios that I was going to give to someone with a '57 Pontiac, but otherwise what I have is quite a bit older, '50s and older vintage. I also have started stocking up on vibrators and I have a source of tubes, so I should be ready to start in on repairs if there's interest. I hope to post plans for building a solid state vibrator and possibly plans for using cheap/common parts to make your own replacements if possible...but first things first. If anyone is interested in something let me know and I can start in on restoration.
To make things a little more interesting I do have a picture of the cover off of an old Chevy radio. Not very useful without the rest of the radio, but great to hang on the garrage wall next to the Biscayne :)
